These Terms of Service govern your use of More to Love, operated by Biggz & Dela ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Who Can Use More to Love
More to Love is for adults aged 18 and over who are genuinely seeking meaningful connection. By signing up you confirm that you are 18 or older, all profile information is accurate, you are not in an exclusive relationship, and you will use the service for personal use only.
2. Payments & No-Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once made.
Our paid sessions involve significant preparation and one-to-one time. If you believe there has been a technical error or duplicate charge, contact us at hello@moretodela.com within 7 days. All payments are processed securely through PayPal — we do not store card details.
3. Code of Conduct
Treat all members with kindness and respect. Use only photos of yourself. Do not send unsolicited explicit content, harass other members, or use the service for commercial purposes. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
4. Safe Meeting Guidelines
Take your time before sharing personal contact details. Meet for the first time in a public place. Tell a friend where you're going. Never send money to someone you haven't met in person. Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, it probably is. Report anything suspicious to us immediately.

Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. This explains what data we collect, why, and your rights — in plain English. We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What Data We Collect
Name, email, phone number, date of birth, location, gender, relationship history, children situation, faith, lifestyle preferences, profile photos, messages, and your payment plan. We do not store card details — payments are handled by PayPal.
Who Sees Your Data
Other members see your profile and photos. The More to Love team (Biggz & Dela) see all profiles to facilitate introductions. We use Supabase (EU servers) for data storage, PayPal for payments, and Resend for emails. We do not sell your data to anyone. Ever.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, use the Delete Account option in your profile settings. For any other requests contact hello@moretodela.com.
Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. On deletion, all data including photos and messages is permanently removed within 30 days.
